About mypensionID

mypensionID was the innovative concept from Target Professional Services that launched successfully in 2019. Target are market-leading, global trace specialists that have been providing services to professional financial institutions and pension schemes since 1988. mypensionID continue to partner with Target and utilise their extensive experience across the identification and verification industry.

mypensionID was originally developed to address the costly and time-consuming aspects associated with confirming the existence of overseas members, where important documents may need to be sent via mail or certified at a cost to you. Additionally, overseas member verification has historically been particularly vulnerable to fraudulent activity, as are any paper-based verification exercises.

After consultation with pension providers and digital experts, mypensionID has evolved to be an identification solution specifically designed to provide a safe, secure and speedy process for individuals to provide and control the data you send to your pension providers. By securely verifying your existence and contact details, it ensures you never lose out on pension money owed to you.

What was the attraction of Target? “Clients always spoke of the outstanding service they received from Target and I soon experienced this first-hand. Watching the team work together and take collective responsibility for delivering solutions was a joy to behold, it was obvious this was a very special place to work, both in business and culturally. Their approach to clients and technology is wonderfully refreshing, so when Lisa offered me the opportunity to come on board, I jumped at the chance. It is great to work with such talented and committed individuals, especially knowing we can all help the business achieve its ambition to provide the highest quality customer experience.”
